The Littlecourt is a delightful complex of five luxury holiday cottages forming part of an historic Regency House built in 1798 for the Duke and Duchess of St. Albans. It is in a quiet, leafy part of Sidmouth, yet only a short level walk to the seafront and town centre.

The cottages have been tastefully refurbished to reflect the period of the building and are set within meticulously maintained tranquil gardens which have won numerous awards and have also appeared on BBC television. The centrally heated cottages, which range in size from one to three bedrooms, are exceptionally spacious, furnished and decorated to a high standard. Each cottage has a comfortable living and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen equipped with fridge, electric oven, hob and microwave. They all have a Freeview digital TV, Video, DVD player, Music Centre and free Wi-Fi internet access.

Most bedrooms are en-suite and duvets, bed linen and towels are supplied at no extra charge. Cots and high chairs are available if required. Guests have the use of our fully equipped laundry room. There is one reserved car parking space for each cottage.

We will be happy to order any provisions in advance of your arrival. For the comfort of our guests we operate a No Smoking policy in all the cottages. We welcome children but regret no pets allowed. Family to stay? Not enough room? Why not rent one of our lovely cottages for visiting family and friends, so they can be independent but near you.
