Fabulous Platinum Jubilee Celebrations
What a fabulous bank holiday weekend?! Sidmouth was awash with red, white and blue, bunting and flags glory. To get the double bank holiday started, over 900 people sat down to enjoy their party food, whilst being entertained by the wonderful Sidmouth Town Band and Val Howells. The sun shone down and visitors to the town mingled amongst the partygoers and a perfect start to the Platinum Jubilee celebrations, such a momentous day in our history.
Our sincere thanks go to not only those that supported the event by attending but also to those who spent the day in the Town setting and clearing up after the Street Party, without the team of wonderful volunteers from the local businesses, this event simply would not be possible.
